04:34.42

dybsteve

Specialist company who’s transitioning not just the business but his identity because it’s been so rooted in this highly creative and just mindblowing ah art full art refinishing like you name it got follow on Instagram we’ll ah post that and the notes later on. But rebranding ah changing his identity over to becoming just a simple residential repainting company that he can implement procedures and finally scale I had the opportunity to meet him when he came to our place in San Diego and even brought me some awesome I was here starbucks mugs from l a. And he’s been a longst standinging member of Duy B currently in mastermind group 4 and is coaching with Ron Ramsden Paul dibdall welcome to the show. My friend. How did you get started in this business.

05:25.73

Paul Dybdahl

Well thank you good to be here painting business. Ah I always ah point to my brother and brother was a painter before me, he’s 10 years older than me. Ah.

05:38.54

dybsteve

Who.

05:41.73

Paul Dybdahl

We never grew up together. It’s an interesting story because ah we never grew up together. We have the same dad different moms happy and and yes and yes and we’d never lived together.

05:48.90

dybsteve

Little on time out brother from another mother, got it.

05:58.53

Paul Dybdahl

And like said it’s 10 years older than me so you know when I’m 6 ix’s 16 when I you know was 10 he was twenty I remember visiting him and where you went to college and stuff memories and um I remember a couple of weeks when I was like 13 and he’s you know obviously he’s 23 and he’s.

06:00.92

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah.

06:18.28

Paul Dybdahl

He’s teaching me how to paint our grandmother’s place stuff like that but not not a lot of interaction with it. Um, and so I originally tried to make it as a rock star. Ah thus ah skills.

06:32.29

dybsteve

Yeah, actually weren’t you weren’t you actually on Tv or excuse me. Mtv yeah.

06:39.89

Paul Dybdahl

Ah, yeah, we were everywhere. Yeah, we did. Yeah I mean we did our little thing had a little splash. Um my son sent me something recording that he found on Spotify a couple weeks ago a live show I’m not going to tell you where to watch it or goes just don’t have listen to it.

06:49.24

dybsteve

Yeah.

06:57.54

Paul Dybdahl

But yeah, it was interesting. Um, but I had ah I had everything in my life came together I I got a record deal that we’ve really been working on and I also got my girlfriend pregnant and got married all and about um.

06:57.62

dybsteve

Have you.

07:13.12

dybsteve

Um.

07:14.96

Paul Dybdahl

Months’ time. So like ah I was making big moves in life and so that would my my ex-wife now but my wife was supportive and everything like that. But you’re on the road you’re selling records and you’re doing things and and um.

07:17.44

dybsteve

Making moves maybe making moves.

07:34.56

Paul Dybdahl

You’re also with other band members and it’s so you know it becomes a business business music business is business. It is so you know, um, it’s all about how much you sell. It’s not about how great you are and we weren’t all that great either. So ah.

07:40.17

dybsteve

Um, yeah.

07:52.34

Paul Dybdahl

I came home from a tour not having any money. Um not knowing what to do my my vehicle had broken down I used to hang blinds I was a blind man and which is good I’m six foot five I can hang those suckers right up but um. They were and they used to lay me off I’d say hey I’m going on tour and they’d say okay and they’d lay me off on purpose. So I could get unemployment. Nice guys. Tell it who’s listening but um, ah was long ago anyway, I didn’t have any prospects I had a child.

08:17.28

dybsteve

Wow! Yeah, yeah. The.

08:29.75

Paul Dybdahl

And wife and my dad said well call your brother and at that point I had never called him on the phone I don’t think I’d ever talked him on the telephone I had be like hey Doug is his Paul your brother and I like ah I need a job so he was a painter in the painter’s union up in San Francisco local 4

08:36.34

dybsteve

Um.

08:45.66

dybsteve

So.

08:49.23

Paul Dybdahl

Come on up I’ll get you a job and so that was that was ah 1 of the other times I had to change my identity became an apprentice painter in the painter’s union and you know the rest is history kind of went from there a job.

08:54.66

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah.

09:04.96

dybsteve

Um, yeah.

09:07.25

Paul Dybdahl

You know? So yeah I’m a full trained apprentice I went through local 4 all 3 years of apprenticeship I’m certified journeyman painter journeyman scale foreman yada ya I work for jampolini I work for Carl Sorenson I work for ah Jerry Thompson um those are bigger name.

09:13.72

dybsteve

Remember.

09:26.51

Paul Dybdahl

You know if anyone’s watching that knows those companies in the city. Um, you know and big high rises commercial painting. Um I was in the painters union for 13 years um

09:27.65

dybsteve

Um.

09:31.39

dybsteve

Up. Okay, how long were you up there doing that.

09:45.90

dybsteve

So.

09:45.16

Paul Dybdahl

So I am fested ah and I had my family started to grow and you know I had and then I had about 6 kids.

10:02.93

Paul Dybdahl

The lord blessed me with the fruitful bountiful amount of children. So ah I was in a place where I was making a dollar an hour over scale company truck foreman. And I really didn’t feel I could make much more money in the situation I was in um, unless my last name was the same as the owners you know? Um, so um and I just the other thing with me I would go to the union meetings.

10:28.24

dybsteve

Yeah.

10:41.16

Paul Dybdahl

Ah, we go with um I had moved I moved in ah to buy a house I moved out of San Francisco and moved to ah the sacramento area. So then I was working in the Sacramento Union for I we were there for bike 5 years and Sacramento Union was rather rah ra on schools you know.

10:42.56

dybsteve

Um.

11:00.85

Paul Dybdahl

And um I just noticed things at the union that I I just just out a different worldview Mentally I I thought differently I Always it was weird I’m like I kind of I kind of understand where the owner’s coming from bro I always did I don’t know.

11:05.56

dybsteve

Yeah.

11:15.14

dybsteve

Um, the yeah.

11:17.96

Paul Dybdahl

I was I had a story where you know I was doing this um hospital they always put me on hospitals. Um, and it was a 6 story hospital and the top 3 floors were open balcony style. They had you know, open with a balcony and a handrail around.

11:21.62

dybsteve

Look.

11:36.77

Paul Dybdahl

And we were doing the exterior and we were spraying the the handrails and we were using this dry fall dtm specialized stuff that we could spray. We’re six stories up and it’s kind of blowing out you know and you know with it eat feeds going to turn to dust and all that you know.

11:37.26

dybsteve

M.

11:51.72

dybsteve

Dusting all over you.

11:55.46

Paul Dybdahl

But I’m up there and I look down and I see my boss or the guy who’s he was the owner’s son the owner had died the son took over and was more businessmen. You know didn’t know about painting as much as he did business. So but then anyway he’s down there and he’s puffing away on cigarettes and this guy’s pacing.

12:08.18

dybsteve

Um.

12:12.27

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah.

12:15.10

Paul Dybdahl

And I’m watching him I’m like Wow he is ah and I went down and I said do are you sleeping? Well where’s that spray going in what are you guys got going and he’s just he’s just asked me every question about the job. He’s ah he’s all full of anxiety and smoking and I’m just like.

12:26.11

dybsteve

Through.

12:34.81

Paul Dybdahl

Wow This guy he’s got the weight of the world on his shoulders. We just show up. You just show up all the liabilities on this guy and I you know so I empathized with him and you know and and and then you go to a.

12:36.19

dybsteve

Um.

12:44.50

dybsteve

Um.

12:53.10

Paul Dybdahl

Union meeting and they say well all these ownerors just get rich off our labor and love with love which in the tray they give me a job Probably you got you’re showing up but I don’t not trying to poohpooh any of it because I’m proud of my union apprenticeship I Wish there was something that.

13:05.40

dybsteve

Here.

13:11.00

Paul Dybdahl

Hopefully the pca or someone someone’s smarter than me can think of ah ah that Nick Slavic he’s doing good things that slavic gets doing good stuff. But ah, you know, maybe they can make a a national type of apprenticeship because that was wonderful. What I went through if there if.

13:24.58

dybsteve

And.

13:29.97

Paul Dybdahl

What I learned as an apprentice. Ah I I wish Ah if you want to be a craftsome painter you you know that that could be something that you could send somebody to or you know go to because I learned from some old timers um old tricks.

13:36.51

dybsteve

E.

13:48.88

Paul Dybdahl

But then every three months you went torenticeship school for a week and the union subsidized your income you had to go 40 hours it was very boring and you learned about what paint does to you physically your body and you learn you can always tell if an apprentice went to.

13:53.50

dybsteve

M.

14:08.23

Paul Dybdahl

To to school the next week he was just fully geared up with all the respirator he was like suited like you know he was ah you know because they just tell you all this stuff’s going to harm you Um, which is good to know it’s good to know all that you got to keep yourself safe. You got to keep yourself healthy.

14:19.35

dybsteve

M.

14:27.12

Paul Dybdahl

They yeah at the time and this is you know 20 So now I’m getting old. It’s almost thirty years ago they they would say the statistic in the union was that the average union painter collected 13 retirement checks and that was it.

14:27.13

dybsteve

Um.

14:32.34

dybsteve

Yeah.

14:41.79

dybsteve

O Wo wo ouch here. You are a.

14:46.43

Paul Dybdahl

They said so keeps said yeah was a bad now. Yeah guys were smoking as they were spraying solve but whatever. But yeah yeah I I actually have seen guys that cut the hole in their thing as so much is.

14:58.74

dybsteve

Yeah, my grandfather used to hang from the swing stages in Detroit and he said you know he said he says yeah he says you know they’d all go to the bar because they swore that the alcohol killed the lead. Yeah.

15:11.98

Paul Dybdahl

Yeah, that was a thing too. The type of paint I worked with guys that said they they physically would just scoop the the lead out of the bed put it in the paint it was white outer.

15:22.48

dybsteve

Oh oh my.

15:26.57

Paul Dybdahl

I was good stuff man that was good to you know they don’t know what to talk about these guys dpa all that’s the school. The stuff that got Nowdays they worth nothing. You know I time turned it I try not to turn into one of those painters but ah.

15:38.40

dybsteve

Ah, oh boy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it has as we age right here. So okay, you’re moving along going in. You’re starting to see and empathize with the owner.

15:45.79

Paul Dybdahl

Yeah.

15:51.42

Paul Dybdahl

Well so I wanted to get my own contractor’s license and I’ve always been somewhat entrepreneurial minded and I like I said I didn’t feel like I really earn anymore I’d become a Christian I had a large family and I was trusting in the lord. Um, and.

15:54.92

dybsteve

New.

16:04.66

dybsteve

What.

16:09.28

Paul Dybdahl

Circumstances happen that I moved back to Los Angeles I’m originally from Los Angeles I kind of got out when San Francisco was painting you know, kind of slid over to the to the east and in Sacramento then I hold you back into socal. So yeah.

16:16.13

dybsteve

Who.

16:22.80

dybsteve

Here you go there. It is where height dessert.

16:26.95

Paul Dybdahl

So I I tried to wear it proudly you know and then and embrace everything I live out in Lancaster California lovely Lancaster California in the Andlo Valley northern Los Angeles county and ah.

16:43.90

dybsteve

Ah so yeah, quite.

16:45.30

Paul Dybdahl

It’s dry here I look where we lived it got like it was green and lush a little bit of snow lots of rain. Ah Foresty our house had like we had enough the house we lived in there we had deer that had it would give birth in the forest behind our house. You know.

17:02.13

dybsteve

2

17:04.80

Paul Dybdahl

And we knew all the birds and it was just a wonderful country living here. There’s desert. The tree is the Joshua tree. You know it’s a spy you know, um dry. It’s just like ah so.

17:08.82

dybsteve

M.

17:14.16

dybsteve

Okay, here. Yeah.

17:23.21

Paul Dybdahl

In an effort to embrace my surroundings once I got here I got my contractor’s license once I got here so that’s another thing I plopped into Los Angeles into Los Angeles county up Bill Northern l a county I never lived here and I have 6 kids and a wife.

17:27.50

dybsteve

No.

17:35.80

dybsteve

No, just.

17:40.88

Paul Dybdahl

Now I just sold my house which I did good on at the time we we bought a for certain amount I I got a certain amount I was like cool I’m I’m styling but I didn’t know anybody here in L a to to that I worked with I knew guys that you know when I was in singing in a band but I didn’t you know nobody wants me. Yeah amy.

17:50.16

dybsteve

From whom.

18:00.53

Paul Dybdahl

My cousin had worked for Suzanne summers for most days, he still does most of his whole career. He’s been her like handyman construction guy and so that’s who I got my first work from and I worked for suzanne summers. Yeah yeah.

18:15.83

dybsteve

No kidding. Yeah now. Yeah, that’s 3 hree’s company right? Yeah yeah, so for the younger.

18:20.16

Paul Dybdahl

Not gonna go hey yeah, so it was weird. Yeah, you’d sing that the whole time you’re there take a up that is new. Yeah, right? Suzanne summers in a show called produce company and then after that well she’s a genius they are. Team. Yes, so smart her and her husband they had that thigh master. Ah, and it was she didn’t just advertise for it. They they invented it and they.

18:31.17

dybsteve

Younger bucks. It was an old sitcom. We used to call him sleep grounds here. Yeah yeah.

18:43.50

dybsteve

Yeah. Really I didn’t know that.

18:50.77

Paul Dybdahl

She yes, yes and they own it and then she has like summer size which is her diet stuff and summer line of clothing wear and the I mean anything summer spa all the all the bath. Way all the bath stuff spa stuff some of the best ah ah bathroom deorizer I’ve ever you really? I like this is I yeah yeah, ah yes.

19:09.95

dybsteve

Yeah, you What a cool. What a cool name though Summer size right to be able so summers is your last name summer size you want to get into the right summer size size for Summer. That’s brilliant. And Branding. Oh.

19:28.76

Paul Dybdahl

And it was actually I was going to tell a funny little story about the beginning when I went to her daughter’s place and she was outfitting some clothing. Ah and that was but I did everybody in yeah, that was a she didn’t quite have the clothing outfitted right? She came to the door and that wasn’t that was.

19:44.17

dybsteve

No.

19:48.48

Paul Dybdahl

Had to shield her eyes anyway. ah ah yeah it did work for her whole family though that was quite a thing and then she introduced me to Patrick Duffy which is a coasttar so I did his place. Um and then so but.

19:49.11

dybsteve

Okay.

20:07.97

Paul Dybdahl

So wise work started growing down in the area of Brentwood and Beverly Hills I was doing I did like the vice president lion’s gates house and and it was well let me back up 1 of the things that I got interested in.

20:12.66

dybsteve

M.

20:26.33

Paul Dybdahl

When I was so I came out of a rock band I was like gonna be a rock guy you know, rocking out and now I’m gonna be a painter and I work with my brother now I love my brother and the 1 thing about my brother that we did learn is we’re not only.

20:30.33

dybsteve

Um.

20:37.52

dybsteve

Um.

20:44.22

Paul Dybdahl

Ah, Brothers from another brother mother. We are twin Brothers from another mother that guy and I it’s the weirdest thing ever I told you I never grew up with him. We never were in the same house really didn’t know we’re exactly alike. It’s weird I mean we’re like in many ways anyway.

20:47.28

dybsteve

Okay. No.

20:57.72

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah.

21:01.86

Paul Dybdahl

Wear light same glasses about same Mannerisms My house looks like his house. My car looks like his car. My garage looks like his garage people are like this is I mean we just are the same I’m like okay so it it helps you with your the faults you have because you just go.

21:05.82

dybsteve

Yeah I got that.

21:21.88

Paul Dybdahl

That’s genetic. You know my brother does that too me not look just to that’s provable I didn’t know but ah ah so when when I was in the union. Ah, and I went to apprentice school.

21:23.42

dybsteve

Um.

21:38.53

Paul Dybdahl

Ah, they did introduce faux finishing that that’s where I was introduced to it when we went to class one week and that was the subject and then the teacher of the apprenticeship school was pretty into foe that was his thing he was into the artistic side and um.

21:42.81

dybsteve

No.

21:58.43

Paul Dybdahl

I just thought oh an outlet of creativity that I can you know because what I started to talk about my brother is my brother. He can be ah, he’s type Ai personality and that dude wants to put the pain on the walls if you don’t have ten gallons on by ten o’clock in the morning you’re a loser.

22:11.92

dybsteve

Yeah, get her done.

22:17.52

Paul Dybdahl

And he’ll tell you you’re lips. He’ll see it. How long did it take you to paint that door frame go. We’re all getting paid you the same in the Union Gez I Know what you’re doing oh his straight up. He has no care of ah his is Fatalia. Yeah.

22:25.53

dybsteve

Um.

22:30.94

dybsteve

Um, so.

22:32.32

Paul Dybdahl

So and you know under that I always work and then yeah I get to work with him because I’m his brother how you get to work with your brother? Great. Yeah, so he’s a good guy but um, so.

22:35.93

dybsteve

Do.

22:49.52

Paul Dybdahl

When I saw the foe I just got instantly you know, attracted to it and I bought this book from the apprenticeship teacher of of painted finishes by the marxists. Um, and um.

22:52.52

dybsteve

M.

23:06.69

Paul Dybdahl

We we would watch videos all this stuff. So once it got computers was computer come around I started looking these people up and um I found like all the stuff I had was all oil based and medium.

23:07.56

dybsteve

No.

23:16.38

dybsteve

The beer.

23:24.76

dybsteve

Boom.

23:26.48

Paul Dybdahl

You know the oilbased glazes oil. That’s ah all the anything was oil based that you’re gonna make a rich colors if you’re gonna do wood graining all this stuff you and you want real vibrant colors. You’re going to use oils. It’s all they have um and I noticed that.

23:39.14

dybsteve

M.

23:45.83

Paul Dybdahl

Most of the people that I really liked were using a product called faue effects and so look them up there in Florida I was going to take a trip to Florida and take the classes there I found classes here in Los Angeles and at foux master studio.

23:49.25

dybsteve

I Remember for effect you know evening. No.

24:04.40

Paul Dybdahl

So that was the other thing I got my contractor’s license moved to LA went took the five day designer walls class at fo masters studio and instantly started working for these people in Beverly Hills and Brentwood.

24:12.40

dybsteve

Oh.

24:21.62

Paul Dybdahl

Um, one of the first jobs I did after the foe masters class it was It was just mind blowing I know how I get myself in these situations. The guy was a vice president of lionscape pictures take him up there. My cousin takes me up there.

24:33.65

dybsteve

And.

24:39.58

Paul Dybdahl

And he says this guy he just had all this work done on his house by these fo finishers. Okay, he goes and they just put in this frame and it and he wants you to match what the other guys did I’m like okay you know.

24:53.88

dybsteve

Continue.

24:58.80

Paul Dybdahl

So I get there and it’s like I’m looking and I I ask well who who did this, they’re like ah the guy Mike Hoppy from from fo masters. He’s the instructor of the foe masters class he had done the job.

25:03.32

dybsteve

Of.

25:16.78

Paul Dybdahl

Now I just took the class and I’ve got to match his work. It’s my first job out the gate. What are the odds what the odds that? yeah so yeah yeah I did it. It worked out I you know.

25:24.13

dybsteve

Ah, yeah, yeah, woa. Yeah yeah, yeah, a man hurry on.

25:34.13

Paul Dybdahl

Always say I get lucky. But I think god guys guys my hands a lot of times. Um, that’s 1 thing I do like about fax finishing is I get to see I get to mimic what god does and I I mimic god’s art. That’s the way I think of it but I’ve taken a lot of their classes at fou master studio um.

25:44.10

dybsteve

Mean M. You.

25:53.75

Paul Dybdahl

And just use their products. Basically my whole career. So you know shout out to faux facts and fax master.

25:55.54

dybsteve

Yeah I remember back in the day in Florida we back when we used to have p pdca chapters remember those the chapters chapter meetings. Yeah me.

26:08.58

Paul Dybdahl

Um, oh yeah, yes I met Josh Abramson at a pdca chapter meeting.

26:13.10

dybsteve

Here It is and we took a tour of the full effects place one time. So yeah, really neat, Good people. Cool stuff so you get the so you get this job and and and kind of get started and you start leaning towards fulwork rather than painting so you go from.

26:19.40

Paul Dybdahl

Yes.

26:32.76

dybsteve

Hanging on swing stages and blowing dry fall which is kind of the almost polar opposite of full painting right? That’s an extreme. Okay.

26:37.91

Paul Dybdahl

Yeah, yeah, yeah when I was I don’t mean interrupt. Yeah when I was in the painter’s union. One of my when I was go when I was on my way out working in Sacramento I was doing the ki them in soy sauce plant.

26:51.45

dybsteve

Um.

26:55.79

dybsteve

Time.

26:57.64

Paul Dybdahl

And Folsom and that’s a food plant. So everything you do There has to be this high epoxy like this gonna kill you epoxy that you you know you every day I had to vaseline up at it fully suit up glove up tape up.

27:08.36

dybsteve

Um.

27:10.62

dybsteve

Yeah.

27:17.30

Paul Dybdahl

You know sock over the head. The goggles that had the little window that you could the little fill and and just completely you know soon as you do suit up, You’re like I have to go to the bathroom now but up never failed.

27:22.39

dybsteve

Yep, yeah yep.

27:31.86

dybsteve

Um, but yeah.

27:34.38

Paul Dybdahl

But um, in in you, you’re checking mill thicknesses of how thick you’re mixing this epoxy with I mean in this epoxy that you’re using is spec by whoever and it doesn’t I mean it’s it’s like the thinner for it doesn’t even have a name. It’s like called thinner number 9 you know.

27:49.34

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah.

27:52.74

Paul Dybdahl

And you’re just like ah and I’m spraying this stuff and and putting these these epoxy codings on and then another job had come up in the mall that they needed a faux finish on. So.

27:59.64

dybsteve

1

28:10.24

Paul Dybdahl

I’m doing that one at night so in the daytime I’m I’m working and I start running the job and I’m running everything so I’m I’m doing epoxy work and then I go over and I’m doing faux finish work. It was just a complete opposite of of anything you know this this industrial painting.

28:22.55

dybsteve

Ah, yeah, what extreme.

28:28.73

Paul Dybdahl

And and then I’m over here at the store doing this fou. Um, and yeah I just I like the I mean I like it. It’s it’s something that not everyone does you has the creative outlet. Um.

28:30.37

dybsteve

Yeah, if. Who who are some other interesting Clients. You’ve had the opportunity to work with.

28:43.19

Paul Dybdahl

Um, yeah I wrote it in law I wrote some of them down. Ah who who was I working with I did the yeah the guy from lionskate Patrick Duffy um they did I did Joel and Benji Madden from good Charlotte and it’s good. I didn’t know who they were either so that was good to you know, fun because I didn’t have any idea who they were and then I just got hired to be in their house and I don’t know I’m a little naive I weird I don’t know I walked into Benji’s house and I was like oh my god who’s decorating this and they wanted me to paint something like.

29:04.85

dybsteve

Um.

29:22.86

Paul Dybdahl

I’ll do it but cheese I’m like who is I’m like who’s who’s decorating for your girlfriend man What this up. It’s just like stillie you know and he’s supposed to He’s all tatted, no sleeves tatted up and.

34:42.26

Paul Dybdahl

Snoop was cool. Um different. You would think definitely different. You’d think um, he the place I worked at was in inglewood and engle hood I mean well the jack in the box.

34:53.81

dybsteve

Yeah, always up to no good.

35:00.28

Paul Dybdahl

Oh yeah, the jack of the box had bulletproof class where the people like you walk in the lobby and they’re behind bulletproof glass with the registers and they hand you your food through the thing. It’s like you feel I like.

35:05.78

dybsteve

Are.

35:17.79

Paul Dybdahl

You guys behind the glass I feel a safe out here. But yeah, the jack in the box by Snoop Dog’s place is has bolt through glass in front. You know the guy anyway I don’t know if you’ve seen those situations those that kind of a town very nondescript. You pull up.

35:29.31

dybsteve

Yeah, ah yeah.

35:32.20

dybsteve

So I got with him.

35:37.69

Paul Dybdahl

And and the only thing that looks kind of good is the little security thing you press that button and and if you have the right? you know word to say that the gate will open up. Um and then it’s this compound the gate opens up until like it is like you know.

35:45.98

dybsteve

Yeah.

35:55.60

Paul Dybdahl

Gain opening up and then there’s wonderland behind it like oh you know and all of his cars are there like all like any video you seen of Snoop stuff and all those cars bouncing up and down him. You know he oh they’re all there or if he didn’t.

35:57.10

dybsteve

Since yeah.

36:05.69

dybsteve

So he actually owns them. He didn’t rent them like a lot of guys. Do you.

36:12.67

Paul Dybdahl

You know he has that kind of they’re all. It’s just ah like a car lot of these classic Cadillacs and I don’t need I’m not a car guy but all that um and then he’s got a big ah bus. That’s his team bus for the football team that he ah sponsors.

36:15.50

dybsteve

Yeah. My.

36:32.41

Paul Dybdahl

Um, and yeah, it’s just it is you kind of have to work your way through all these cars and you’re like okay, don’t I have a big fan. Don’t hit the car. Apparently someone hit the car one of the cars when I was there. Yeah, we all got question then they saw somebody on. Well.

36:40.25

dybsteve

The.

36:49.82

Paul Dybdahl

The reason I know is because they said they were reviewing the the footage of the of the ah incident and the lady ah boss lady. That’s his wife noticed me taking pictures.

36:54.73

dybsteve

Even.

37:04.58

37:08.23

Paul Dybdahl

37:13.16

dybsteve

You get a pass.

37:21.79

dybsteve

Yeah, interesting I Okay don’t don’t remember that song but okay, ah.

37:24.50

Paul Dybdahl

37:38.88

dybsteve

Ah, yeah, fos lady I’m glad here you know that he’s faithful tour. That’s good.

37:42.89

Paul Dybdahl

Um, he is ah he’s neat and cleany clean free. everything’s clean. clean can clean smells clean everything’s clean you gotta be clean, you can be you know mean it’s he’s it’s not. He’s not like just just jacked up guy. You get there and the first thing they say is.

37:54.41

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah.

38:02.36

Paul Dybdahl

Ain’t no smoking no weed all over the place around here. They a boss lady don’t like this place smell like weed everybody thinks it’s all cool smoke weed cause Snoop it ain’t. So yeah, oh but they did have a designated smoking area and that was interesting because that had all of your whatever you wanted in that realm was there in the smoking area. Yeah.

38:20.17

dybsteve

Okay, okay.

38:29.45

dybsteve

Okay, who.

38:34.91

38:50.80

Paul Dybdahl

Well um, and that’s not real wood bro. Ah’s a trip. How’d you get that on there mad because the doors I was done did these big doors and there were there would steal.

39:29.88

dybsteve

Yeah, right? when I was so when I was young I was into all this stuff. You know before I started living for Lord and then afterwards like you know time goes by and I’m actually. Encourage that I don’t know a lot of and most of the names these days. You know it’s just like I don’t know and anymore and and then that’s a good thing. You know.

39:56.35

41:09.51

Paul Dybdahl

41:27.31

Paul Dybdahl

That guy’s house was scary like Benji Madden and Joel Madon there’s these punk rock kids that do this punk you know with the kids with the kids in the bay because this poppy punk stuff like Glen Danzig is like I’m gonna eat your children daniel.

42:22.99

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

42:34.98

Paul Dybdahl

Either they’d be waking up or there or whatever and everyone up a pass by you’ll Paul and they they’d hug me they’re all just you know it was not it was it was beautiful. Kind of you know it was fun I did a? Ah yeah I did a front door for him and and then the the front door was.

42:54.50

Paul Dybdahl

They had security glass put in they had bulletproof glass put in the door. So I had the wood grain the front of the door and then he liked these like can you do the other side I’m like yeah you know so at times like $1700 for this door and he’s like how much for the other side I’m like $1700 so

I could I I could impersonate the stadium announcer from dodger stadium his name’s Eric Smith I would work on his voice I would listen to it and work on it and before I ever did anything on the mic or anything at the little like I just said hey does the p a system work and they were like yeah and I have 7 kids and and so. I always would volunteer for my kids just because I just want to make sure I know what’s jacking with my kids and it’s and plus I want to be there. You know if I can be there I can be there the part of why I started my own business so I could have the time to be with my kids and so I took advantage of that as much as I could everybody always tells you.

44:40.46

dybsteve

Um, yeah.

44:52.73

Paul Dybdahl

You know, spend as much time with your kids when they’re young as you can because it goes really fast I did that that’s one things I can say I did I took every advantage of being with my kids all the time they’re all grown and I don’t regret a thing but you know it it it. You know.

45:00.67

dybsteve

No here. Ah.

45:04.76

dybsteve

Yeah, great kids too.

45:11.22

Paul Dybdahl

I attributed to that that I was present and I attributed to God answering prayer Really I just prayed for my kids a lot. Kids are very successful and and all I can think of is that God answer my prayers you know, but um.

45:18.50

dybsteve

Um, you.

So I I went in that you know I was like does a sound moveoth work. Yeah, okay, and so I was like check this out i’llnounce the game and I was like bellbutic number 5 to me Smith and they were like wow that’s awesome. Can you do that again. So I did the allstar tournaments and you know.

45:42.63

dybsteve

Um.

45:45.56

Paul Dybdahl

All the playoffs and everything and then the same kids play you football so they were like the football people ask me hey can you announce our football season I don’t have kids play football I don’t really know much about football. But I just tried Announcedce kids’ names and and I did it I volunteered every so I didn’t realize I was doing all this volunteering I didn’t realize I doing I’m just doing it.

45:47.67

dybsteve

Okay.

45:57.69

dybsteve

My head.

46:03.66

dybsteve

Dear, yeah in him.

46:05.52

Paul Dybdahl

You know I mean you just do it and eventually the kids grew up and they started going to high school and I got a call from high school hey we got a bunch of parents here from the booster clubs said you announcedce their kids and they’d like you to announce here at the high school all right when you got vetted and took you know all that background stuff and so I started doing for the high school but then the parents.

46:23.42

dybsteve

Um.

46:24.82

Paul Dybdahl

Had parents from the little league that that were coaches at the college so they coached the softball team at the college matter. Of fact here is.

46:39.51

dybsteve

Oh my look at that you those big good look at those Knuckle dragggers. Yeah, so for our listeners on the podcast there. It is dib doll Yeah, he’s got some great big.

46:39.51

Paul Dybdahl

My championship rings I get I get another championship ring ah is ah it says.

46:59.62

dybsteve

Championship brings his sureness.

47:01.89

Paul Dybdahl

Um, yeah I got another championship ring in ah, another week. They sized me for it. So I’ve been announcing for the women’s softball at the college for probably 12 years and then we used to have a minor league baseball intent team in town. They were a single a team.

47:05.58

dybsteve

Nice. So.

47:17.91

Paul Dybdahl

Started with the astros then they went to the rockies and they gave me a call one day and said hey we’ve heard you around town. Can you announce and I did and it used to be 72 gains a season. Ah and I did it for 7 years I was the announcer but I still continued to do it in the at the.

47:24.21

dybsteve

In.

47:36.64

Paul Dybdahl

High school for the high school football teams high school basketball teams. Um I don’t know it’s a weird thing to do. It’s fun I guess people ask me I never ask anybody to do it I asked the first time at little leagueak and that’s the only time I’ve asked to do it sinces then they just asked me to do it last.

47:44.66

dybsteve

Man. Yeah, and it just took off.

47:56.60

Paul Dybdahl

So ah, we’re at just before we left is that you know I did last weekend. Um I did do the closing ceremonies for little league and I’ve done that now for generations where um, kids that I coached their kid was in the little league this season.

48:12.97

dybsteve

Um.

48:16.41

Paul Dybdahl

Like oh man, get older but it helps it helps you around town because I know everybody and ah and and so when bringing it to the dyb one of the crazy things I did because I know everyone I volunteered um you know. Kind of have a big personality I have a lot of kids I coach I do all that and um, you know met Steve because my last name dibdall Duy B all that so we start doing that stuff and I’m and I’m on the periphery I start just implementing some some of the d yb process just a few things in my business. And it started helping and one of the things was I I went to a house I got a call went to the house did the estimate and I’m talking with the client after I’ve I’ve got the job and um, he was like yeah you know we had about 4 of the guys come in estimate and I’m like I didn’t know that and. He goes you are higher than everybody and so I using one of your questions I said ah well why did you hire me as your painter and he said well yeah because we know you we don’t know those other guys. We know you.

49:27.46

Paul Dybdahl

I don’t know the guy I’ve never been I’m she’s seen me everywhere I kind of know who he was I’ve probably announced his kid’s name but I don’t know I’ve had that happen to me 3 times that I’ve asked and they said well.

49:31.44

dybsteve

Your in.

49:46.87

Paul Dybdahl

We know you or what we see you everywhere we know who you are so that it was very interesting. You know to me to know that. But like I said I didn’t know I was volunteering I didn’t know I was doing this stuff I really was doing it for the kids and whatever intentions and being out there but it.

50:00.12

dybsteve

Um.

50:05.51

Paul Dybdahl

Was having an impact that I didn’t realize around town and I literally do note every bye. Um, but so when it comes to you know there, you go. It’s been years and as you get a bit older. Um.

50:13.78

dybsteve

Um.

50:22.94

Paul Dybdahl

You know you can’t do everything and I need to to in learning this and in it. You know so finally decided to dive in and go for it. Full force in the DYB because I’m realizing hey I’m getting a little older and I ah I can’t do all this by myself.

50:42.75

Paul Dybdahl

I can’t make enough money. It’s fun to do the fae finishes but it does not make me money I’m straight up if someone has figured out how to do fae finishes and they make money it’s because they have a crew of people that do it, You can’t you can’t do it by yourself. You just can’t do it. You can’t charge enough.

50:48.58

dybsteve

Um.

50:55.90

dybsteve

Um.

51:01.53

Paul Dybdahl

Um, I mean you could maybe for a few jobs but not on ah on a longevity scale that’s going to make anything worth make sense. Um, and I didn’t realize that well you know you’re struggling along and you’re trying to figure it out and you’re talking to Steve. My and now I’ve said I’ve met Josh Abramson when I first saw Steve here when I first saw you on the internet I was like what these guys don’t paint my ego.

51:25.12

dybsteve

Um.

51:29.30

dybsteve

I Remember that.

51:33.82

Paul Dybdahl

And Josh Abramson he don’t know how to paint and I think some the one of the bigger problems I’ve had is that I am so darn good I am such a master painter I’m only joking tongue in cheek there. But.

51:44.20

dybsteve

Are.

51:51.37

Paul Dybdahl

It is. It’s my ego. It’s my it’s my identity I’m I’m not good at a lot of things but I’m good at this and so that’s you know hey I’m gonna do that. Um, one of the things I’ve I’ve been learning as I get older is don’t focus on the things you’re bad at focus on things you’re good at. But.

52:02.96

dybsteve

No.

52:11.36

Paul Dybdahl

Um, so I remember I would I was a couple things about the Duy B and and and joining and and doing the coaching because now I’m gonna do the coaching. It’s gonna be an extra cost and and it’s a cost that that you’re like who okay and I remember. First couple of mes after the first month I was like you know hang I paid all this money this month and I don’t know everything.

52:42.20

Paul Dybdahl

I haven’t learned everything yet and um, you know, but then you know what you do is you each time you have these meetings each time you you’re going through these things with with people you pick up a nugget and you’re going down the road and you you pick up another. Tidbit here and a tidbit there and it builds and you you learn that you know you’re learning you don’t learn everything at once and and it’s a process of learning so I had to figure that out first and it had been about a year in and you’re very kind Steve you’re you’re very patient.

53:03.69

dybsteve

And.

53:16.64

Paul Dybdahl

And your approach is that way you know you’re you’re empathetic and and so you were telling me in so many ways but you’re letting me figure it out myself I remember saying to you I have to stop doing full finishes don’t die. And he went just like that and I said I have to change my name of my business to just a painting. Yeah and it’s hard. It was Hard. You know still hard I Still do I know? ah.

53:45.30

dybsteve

And.

53:53.50

Paul Dybdahl

Don’t tell us don’t tell Steve this but I still do full finishes. Um, and I still kick myself I so it’s that part of it hasn’t changed. Um he I did a job this week

53:59.50

dybsteve

Sure, Yeah, no. M.

54:10.44

Paul Dybdahl

I had styrofoam beams those big styrofoam beams as they put up the fake ones and somebody had somebody from the styrofoam beam company had come and finished them or whatever they came finished or they came finished I guess with a stain I don’t I didn’t do it but in installing them. They just just wrecked it.

54:13.39

dybsteve

Yep, and.

54:19.41

dybsteve

Are.

54:27.58

dybsteve

Meaning they are.

54:29.66

Paul Dybdahl

Scratched it and scratch is going the wrong Way. You know in a couple big beams big ones and this guy that’s he’s a that installed Him. He’s a local guy and he’s like dude I need you to help Me. Can you please please and he’s begging me to get there. And I’m like okay he’s like I know you can do it I’ve seen your work I know it all right? all right?? Um, and he’s giving me a lot of work. A lot of Referrals. He’s a good Dude. So Any I can tell he was not getting paid on this job is probably the deal and he needed it fixed and couldn’t I mean I Really don’t know how I did it.

54:57.64

dybsteve

Is.

55:04.80

dybsteve

M.

55:06.34

Paul Dybdahl

I Really don’t I I I Really that was a weird one where I so I prayed about I don’t tell everyone all this the I do all the time I really had to pray and I asked the lord to guide my hand because I cannot figure this out. There was no. It’s just.

55:12.30

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah, um.

55:22.70

Paul Dybdahl

The way somebody else had tried to fix it and the way they had done it that I couldn’t do it without like without painting the whole thing and starting over and that wasn’t an option and I was just so I Just it took me a second to do but I did it and.

55:23.37

dybsteve

And.

55:37.98

dybsteve

Um.

55:39.96

Paul Dybdahl

You know I guess it took about five or six hours of time that I didn’t expect I to do and it worked out and and and it it worked out great. Well, how much do I charge him for that. How much he’s my friend. Yeah, like said took 6 hours or so.

55:52.14

dybsteve

Um.

55:58.16

Paul Dybdahl

Like full full day I don’t know bra ah charge you four hundred bucks he goes here’s 5 Thanks you know? so then but then I also had a job yesterday where it was ah a.

56:05.85

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

56:17.76

Paul Dybdahl

Client I’ve done years ago I’ve done several houses for them now over the years. Um and straight painting we’ve done their cabinets just no straight white. Um, they have rentals. She’s got a rental that they’re trying to sell hey they just moved out. Can you paint a couple bedrooms how much for room duda. They took the carpet out.

56:24.45

dybsteve

Putin.

56:36.91

Paul Dybdahl

Okay, it’s the empty room all right Two fifty a room and you know seven fifty for the master. Um, and in master bathroom all that okay I got there at twelve thirty I had the 2 bedrooms painted by.

56:51.70

dybsteve

Um.

56:55.22

Paul Dybdahl

Four o’clock by myself I might got my guys on another job and I anyway. But so I went there by myself and painted 2 bedrooms for five hundred bucks in 4 hours way quicker money I have to think about anything I have to pray about it. Ah.

57:03.72

dybsteve

A.

57:10.96

dybsteve

Bingo Bango Bango Yeah, it is and you can delegate it you can teach it delegate. Yeah.

57:14.98

Paul Dybdahl

And I can delegate it and then starting to see then the the the standard operating procedure was a eye open. It was a mind blower that Okay, that’s how you do it and then.

57:22.64

dybsteve

Yeah. No.

57:34.30

Paul Dybdahl

You know so cho to so just figuring out. We’re just going to do straight painting taking those jobs on trying to change the identity into we’re gonna hire guys and then that whole mindset and you know I prided myself on being a an excellent painter. An Excellent Craftsman you know um and now what I’ve learned is that’s not the most important thing really when a the most important thing is the client’s experience and your company’s you know, image and process.

57:54.10

dybsteve

Ah.

58:05.28

dybsteve

Right on.

58:12.54

Paul Dybdahl

And experience with the client Again, you know you can do the greatest paint job ever. But if you don’t give them a good experience if it don’t look good. It ain’t good. You know and and so.

58:18.88

dybsteve

Um.

58:25.79

dybsteve

Yep, right out right on.

58:30.58

Paul Dybdahl

We have been working on training. You know you have to train yourself to train. We learned that we don’t know how to teach painting so we work on teaching painting. Ah you blew my mind when you said well okay.

58:31.21

dybsteve

Okay.

58:40.96

dybsteve

Oh.

58:46.13

Paul Dybdahl

Um, I’m gonna hire okay ball you’re gonna hire a guy. Yeah I’m go hire a guy I got a guy coming all right? What does this first day at work look like what is first 2 weeks look like oh.

58:52.33

dybsteve

M.

59:00.94

Paul Dybdahl

I Don’t know I thought I’d just throw them out there like you know like you do a kid in the water they see the old timers. Well, you don’t know how to swim him home. Well come here son and you checking the water you know Inna swim Now you know if that’s what we do? That’s I would do with my employees and’ show up I will get in there and work.

59:04.82

dybsteve

Yeah.

59:15.88

dybsteve

Yeah.

59:20.65

Paul Dybdahl

Show me what you got and if no, what to do you know and I don’t know and I hadn’t even thought about what we’re teaching them what we’re gonna do so that you know as it does it changed my whole mindset to that and started to see the rewards.

59:24.98

dybsteve

Here. No.

59:40.61

Paul Dybdahl

Of the scaling and being able to you know I’ve done several jobs where I haven’t gone to I didn’t go you know, um, turning down work who turns down work. What are you doing.

59:40.69

dybsteve

Um.

59:47.60

dybsteve

Are done.

59:59.92

Paul Dybdahl

But you know that has you know it’s ah it’s like I said it’s that learning process and going down that road and picking up those nuggets and you know, um, it’s like a podcast. Well I didn’t learn everything I needed to know out of that podcast.

01:00:09.75

dybsteve

Um.

01:00:18.15

dybsteve

From yeah indeed.

01:00:19.82

Paul Dybdahl

Yeah, but you look listen to several podcasts. You’re gonna learn a lot you know, um, just like having chickens I’ve just learned a lot about chickens lately. So.

01:00:29.67

dybsteve

That’s awesome up, Enjoy your chicken journey to ah ah I Sure yeah.

01:00:32.80

Paul Dybdahl

Yeah, my my youngest daughter just graduated high school and she’s going into the air force. So I was well I will definitely I’m going to be an empty nester.

01:00:46.27

dybsteve

Okay.

01:00:49.90

Paul Dybdahl

None of my kids are gonna be in the Antelope Valley where I live so I went and got chickens. So I filled the nest I knew I need something to focus on and so quite a when quite a chicken journey there.

01:01:01.90

dybsteve

Yeah, yeah, us. Ah.

01:01:06.60

dybsteve

Ah, ah well, um, they’re right there? Yeah ah toxin can own chicken hospital apart.

01:01:09.30

Paul Dybdahl

But I have chickens right? behind me I will pitch. There’s they’re month old. There’s 4 of them in this little pin here and then I have another special needs wing over here. Hit it.

01:01:24.30

dybsteve

I really appreciate you getting up and I think it was six zero a m for you there west coast to monitor to share your story with us and it’s been an honor and a pleasure to to know you and to work with you and it’s always a great time.

01:01:27.57

Paul Dybdahl

Yeah.

01:01:41.46

dybsteve

Lot of times in our meetings too I’ll have to pause because we’ll just have so much fun with we hold hold on hold on. We we have to take care of some business. Yeah yeah, and so ah, but as we roll out here. Is there a question I should have asked or a final point you would like to make.

01:01:58.30

Paul Dybdahl

Um, ah well no I’m I’m glad we I’m glad we went on the subjects when we went on and that you asked me those fun questions and that we did have some time to discuss things. Um, you know? Yeah no I mean the other.. The only thing that I’ve been dealing with lately is mindset and and things like that I was gonna I thought I was gonna talk all about that because lately I’ve I’ve come out of ah of a strange time where my mindset wasn’t right has some personal things going on in life that kind of changed up and and I didn’t have the clear vision and things like that. But.

01:02:16.29

dybsteve

No.

01:02:34.37

Paul Dybdahl

You know, um, it’s a strange thing as I get older What ambition is a big thing for me. What makes you know what causes people to be ambitious. What causes you to continue to get up and work. Um, what? what.

01:02:44.10

dybsteve

M.

01:02:51.55

Paul Dybdahl

Your vision for things like that and I think and I’m I’m grateful that as I get older and I get a little frost on the chin that I still I still am ambitious I still you know when I was in a rock band. Um I was 22 23 years old and.

01:03:08.60

dybsteve

A.

01:03:10.74

Paul Dybdahl

Man we practiced every single night I would be out I like I met a lot of guys at midnight a bunch of us would go to all the bars and the club whatever club was hot that night we’d be standing there at midnight handing out our flyers handing out our brand handing out our stuff to.

01:03:20.95

dybsteve

Never.

01:03:30.30

Paul Dybdahl

To have people come to our show I used to stand there. You know who stood there with me was a guy named Danny you played you place drums in a band called tool maynard would hang out with me the guy Scott from stone temple pilots they would hang out and we you know I mean um.

01:03:32.50

dybsteve

Um.

01:03:37.21

dybsteve

Me.

01:03:45.58

dybsteve

No.

01:03:48.36

Paul Dybdahl

Shoot even the Delio Brothers from stone temple pilots they were out there handing out flyers and you know it it was ah every night we’d go to all different club. We all see each other all those guys that were trying to make it. You know we had an ambition to make it and.

01:03:57.52

dybsteve

Yeah.

01:04:07.25

Paul Dybdahl

When I when I started doing du I B and I started getting an identity and I you know got the logo I Might you know that was one thing I like you know logo with little brush all that but I want to have my name painting and it it to me. It felt like again when I’m a young man. When I was passing out my flyers and I’m drilling my brand my identity and I’m and I’m trying to make it you know and I just I Love that part of it now as my company where you know you’re going to make um, raving fans of your company.

01:04:26.37

dybsteve

Um.

01:04:40.79

dybsteve

And.

01:04:43.69

Paul Dybdahl

You built you know you you have a ah list of of people that you’re building with your you know that that it just um, you know so when I did join D Wideb when I did see your stuff when I did figure all that double your business that didn’t stand for dibdall you know because my.

01:04:46.82

dybsteve

I.

01:05:01.35

Paul Dybdahl

My lineage has all been called Dib D Y B they would all call us dib all of us. Even you know, look it up. We’re all dibbies. Um, ah so but but that just it gave me a lot of hope and and and and things for ambition and and and as you get older if you’re not one of these crumbly guys.

01:05:05.48

dybsteve

That’s awesome. Yeah.

01:05:18.71

Paul Dybdahl

It’s like well this we will done that was done and you can look and you know I have a hard time with technology but technology has helped me tremendously you know through making videos and and all that stuff. Maybe I should have talked more about that. But but and I have to get more into that and the consistency that you can have with that.

01:05:25.74

dybsteve

M.

01:05:37.64

Paul Dybdahl

But that’s itre you know that’s the fun part I’m making videos of my work and and it could just be straight painting the house but just like you’d make videos for your band and you’re showcasing your music and your band where you’re showcasing your stuff and and that um you tell I get excited about you know you could tell you feel it because it’s. Is that something that can can you can try gives you know ambition to look forward to and and you’re continuing to move and you know, um I don’t know a lot of guys I don’t I’m not looking forward to ah retiring because I don’t think I’m a retire. What am I retiring From. This is fun I’m going for it I’m doing it. You know I mean let’s go forward. Let’s move this band. Ah forward. You know, let’s rock out like the rolling stones ain’t retiring either look at Mcjagger you got moves like mcjagger. Anyway.

01:06:20.84

dybsteve

Um, um.

01:06:29.26

dybsteve

Yeah.

01:06:30.94

Paul Dybdahl

So yeah, that’s that’s the 1 thing about you know the dyb process getting your brand getting your company then and also you know the other thing I never had was ah a company vision where you know now it’s not just well. We’re gonna paint some stuff and I do some awesome work of this one fo you know, whatever it’s it’s that I can now provide a place.

01:06:36.29

dybsteve

I’m gonna. And.

01:06:50.85

Paul Dybdahl

For other people to work and and and a good environment provide for their family learn a skill that they can take with them with me or without me and I’m providing a service to the community that knows me that I’ve been involved in now.

01:06:54.67

dybsteve

Month.

01:07:10.23

Paul Dybdahl

I now can provide ah a service for this community that is a good experience for everyone as well. You know and and and be part of the community. Um in in every aspect I mean if you make more money in and in your business you can help volunteer and you can help more people you have more time more freedom to.

01:07:27.76

dybsteve

Who move.

01:07:29.66

Paul Dybdahl

Do those things and it does impact people it. It really does I mean ah you you don’t know what you’re doing until you know you you do get a few years behind you and and you so look back and and you you know those people are gonna Wow and you’re like oh okay, that did work So anyway.

01:07:37.19

dybsteve

M.

01:07:43.82

dybsteve

Urban. Awesome so cool. What’s your Instagram if somebody wanted to reach out and connect and they need to connect.

01:07:51.75

Paul Dybdahl

Ah, it’s Paul it’s Paul underscore dibdall or the real dib doll painting that is that unfortunately I had a great Instagram and somebody hacked it and over fourteen hundred followers ah

01:07:57.70

dybsteve

Okay. Split.

01:08:08.60

Paul Dybdahl

I got linked by that I did work for this guy. Emilio Rivera who’s in the he’ was in sense of anarchies and mayans he’s gonna be in that new hot cheeto movie. He’s a great guy and I don’t know how I hook up all all these celebrities and stuff and just I am in la but I mean like this guy’s down the street for me just happens to be.

01:08:23.72

dybsteve

And yeah.
