How to find opportunities
Often coaching clients will come to our meetings expressing that they need more leads.
It’s common for them to think and even say,
“I’ve tried everything.”
So the first thing we do is go to their scoreboard.
(Which has all of the DYB System unpacked into every action. It’s a habit tracker for building a million-dollar business)
And then we look down the scoreboard.
And we look for the things that we are not doing.
We then see all the opportunities not yet executed to get more leads!
So one exercise I strongly encourage you to do is to fill out your scoreboard. (link below)
