The Social Proximity Effect…
says that you’ll adopt the habits and beliefs of the people you spend the most time with.
If your son hangs around bad kids long enough, what’s eventually going to happen?
He’s going to pick up bad habits.
The flip side is, if he hangs out with good kids, he’s picking up good habits.
The same is true for us.
If you want to lose weight, find a group of people to join that are doing the exercise or sport that you want to do.
To build good habits or to change your beliefs, spend more time with people who already practice them.
Whatever your goals is, get into a peer group of maximum leverage!
Doubling your business is easier than most people realize 🙂
