The 80/20 principle states that 80% of the value comes from 20% of the effort.

Here are some examples…

80% of the vehicles in your town drive on 20% of the roads

You wear 20% of the clothes in your closet 80% of the time

You spend 80% of your time in 20% of your home.

In your business80% of your profits come from 20% of your customers.

Now make a list of your past 100 customers, find the 20% that brought in 80% of the profit, and ask yourself what they all had in common.

I’m assuming you job cost.

If not, get started ASAP!

Those are your target market.

Focus on your target market and refer everyone else away, and you’ll easily double your bottom line.
