You Can Book Me (YCBM) is a calendar that you either install into your website or provide a link to, that streamlines the process for customers to book an estimate with you, and once it’s set up, it’s awesome! (Some ninja contractors even use their voicemail greeting to promote and advise their potential clients to use the YCBM calendar on their website!)

  • If you set an appointment in your phone or on your computer it will also block it out of your YouCanBook Me calendar.
  • You can set up your prequalify questions in the YouCanBook Me calendar. When you are booked, you will receive an email notification. In the email you can quickly read their answers to the questions you set up and, for the most part, know right away if they will be a great fit for you or not. If not, simply call them, ask a few more questions, and refer them kindly to another company.

 

  • You Can Book Me will automaticity send them a 2 hour reminder before your appointment time.
  • You can even have multiple Google calendars linked so that it books according to first available opening. If you have 2 or more estimators, it will check your first estimators calendar. If they are not available and the second estimator is, then it books the estimate on the second calendar.
  • You set the times and days you’re available, how soon they can book you (same day?), how close together appointments can be, etc.

  • You can even color the calendar to your brands colors.
